Chancilar Chewlar was looking at the both of them, Viceroy sensd dark power around Chewlar before but passed it on because he was a wookie, Kotan sensed the Dark Powers within Chewlar, Chewlar then felt with the force that Kotan was tapping into his force abbilities and was sensing Chewlar was a Sith Lord, then to Protect himself from Kotan knowing, he started a meeting about the war.
